"Rodeo Kings"

It’s going to be Rodeo Night in the Western Hockey League! The WHL has granted permission to the Edmonton Oil Kings to change their name and jerseys for one special night for charity.
The Oil Kings will salute Canadian Finals Rodeo by renaming the club the Edmonton Rodeo Kings and wearing a special one night only Rodeo Kings jersey when they meet the Everett Silvertips on Thursday, November 1st at 7:00PM at Rexall Place.
$7.50 from every Rodeo Night retail ticket sold will be donated by the Oil Kings and Ticketmaster to the Edmonton Rodeo Cowboy’s Benevolent Foundation, the Official Charity of the CFR. This includes all regularly priced tickets starting with the $17 ATB Financial Zone.
As an added bonus, fans are invited to stay after the game for a live auction of a number of the Rodeo Kings game worn jerseys. Proceeds of the auction will also go to the Benevolent Foundation.
